Is the price negotiable? Also, is the RC transfer included in the price or would that be extra? I'm interested but want to sort all paperwork before you leave.

Slightly negotiable — happy to discuss in person. RC transfer cost is on the buyer as per standard practice, but I'll handle all the paperwork from my side before leaving. Can do it same-day at the Mapusa RTO.

That's a fair price for a 2024 model with low km. Make sure to check the battery and brake pads during the test ride. Also verify the chassis number matches the RC — standard advice for any used vehicle purchase.
