Best long-stay apartments in North Goa under ₹30k/month?
Looking for a 1BHK or studio in Anjuna/Vagator/Siolim area for 3 months starting May. What are you guys paying? Any recommendations from personal experience? Need WiFi, AC, and ideally close to a coworking space.

Check Siolim — much better value than Anjuna. I'm paying ₹22k for a nice 1BHK with AC, fast WiFi, and a balcony. 10-min scooter ride to Vagator. DM me for the landlord's number.

Assagao is the sweet spot — close to everything, quieter, and prices are still reasonable. Found my place on local Facebook groups. Avoid brokers, go direct.
