What's the WiFi speed? I need at least 50 Mbps for video calls. Also, is there a backup power supply? Assagao has frequent power cuts during pre-monsoon.

WiFi is 100 Mbps fibre (Airtel Xstream). Yes, there's an inverter backup that covers lights, fans, and WiFi for up to 4 hours. Happy to arrange a viewing anytime.
